The focus of your submission must be on service benefits that have arisen from a programme of staff development which has transformed aspects of your service.
A successful submission must demonstrate innovation; provide clear evidence of how participants’ skill sets have been enhanced to their benefit and that of their institution, providing appropriate financial evidence to demonstrate return on investment.
